Hello 2020!

Hola and Good Day all!

Honestly, it has been so long since I last updated this dusty blog. Yeah, again the exact same sentence for every new post because I am too lazy to do anything apart from sleeping. It's already February of 2020 but I think 'Happy New Year' can still be mentioned at least until the end of this month(?) so, Happy New Year guys! But whatever. I'm in my first week of Semester 2 in UTM Skudai and finally, I can really experience my days learning Biology that I've always admired. Not that we didn't learn about it in the previous semester, it's just that the topics and chapters of biology that I love are clearer in this one and after a very long period, I can finally experience the classes with male lecturers for biology subjects, or precisely science courses in general. It's a new experience for sureee.

That picture is from today and was taken by our Bioorganic Chemistry Lecturer. I know, you can barely see anything but let's just pretend you see me at the corner smiling like an idiot with my ugly little peace. So far this first week is just like the other first weeks of other semesters, relaxing, filled with canceled classes and it almost makes me forget that I am actually already in the boat of a new semester! In the picture, you can see (if not just pretend you do) that some of my coursemates are wearing face masks because of this new viral disease called 2019-nCoV. This has caused much death and there are numbers of contaminated patients in Malaysia itself and honestly, I am worried about it. Unfortunately, the supply of face masks and hand sanitizers that are crucial for this sort of situation is limited and we can barely find one in any shops or drug stores. At this point, all we could do to make sure our health is protected from any contagious diseases is to avoid being in a public place and avoid contact with people as much as we can but unfortunately, this one is also impossible because we need to attend classes every day. why am I suddenly so into this topic? pfft. Please just make sure to take care of yourselves okay, peeps?
